Vanilla Dessert With Cookies And Fruit - Dessert In A Glass

Delicious desserts servered in a glass. Homemade vanille cream mixed with heavy cream servered over Italian almond cookies and topped ved berries. Delicious!

You will need:
500 ml of milk
1 egg yolk
40 grams of corn startch
60 grams of sugar
1½ tbsp of vanille pasta or extract
300 ml of heavy cream
150 g of ricciarelli cookies or almond cookies
Lots of strawberries or other fruits and berries
