They use Drop C and Db Tunning in a lot of songs. If u play guitar with these tunnings without distortion the sound looks pretty and melancholic. So it gives you a "relax vibe"
So glad to see these guys and especially chino, back looking and playing great. Been a while since I have seen these guys playing sober, playing at 100%.
And this is why I say the Deftones are my favorite band, even though I listen to so many different kinds of music with so many great bands out there.......Deftones always on top.
If you woulda asked me or alota of people after I saw them in 2000 a sick as show if they would be as good ten years from that date I woulda probably said no. 10 years later i'm fucking blown away at the new album and how awesome they have gotten when I thought they couldn't get better after Adrenaline ATF and pony they still play small venue shows!. They are so loyal to there fans vice-versa. Most bands suck after reaching such success like WP did. The deftones got better!
