Just a thought for those who might make this, combine your spices in a small bowl first. in a larger bowl put your ground meat, sprinkle your mixed spices over it an then mix well. (use your hands) for at least 3 minutes. Put a piece of plastic wrap over the bowl and put it in the frig for overnight to give the spices "do there thing".
Can I use lean turkey mince instead of the beef, to make turkey sausages??? Lol we all make mistakes. Nice recipe thank you.
