BLISS Top-Down/Bottom-Up: Limit Setting

My window shade does not respond when pressing ‘LEFT UP+LEFT MIDDLE.’ It does not jog to go into limit setting mode. Is there another way or a resolution? (Automation support does not answer their telephone). Thanks for any help-response!
