The dances are named in the video as "Ruffs and Rhees", "Corn Riggs" and "Paddy O'Boderam".
Ruffs and Rhees is from "Twelve Country Dances for the Year 1779" by Igantius Sancho; we dance Valerie Webster's arrangement of the dance which is available in her book on Sancho, it can be purchased here: www.earlydancecircle.co.uk/publications/aids-to-study/ .
Corn Riggs (sometimes named as "Corn Riggs are Bonny") is an old tune (probably 17th century) with many different arrangements for country dancing. I'm not sure where our version derives from.
Our arrangement of Paddy O'Boderam is derived from the Preston set of 24 Country Dances for 1799. The original is available on the web courtesy of EFDSS and the VWML: www.vwml.org/topics/historic-dance-and-tune-books/Prestons1799 .

Can anyone give details of the version of corn Riggs here. I have found several versions but they are not as long as this and the dance cuts off to soon. We are doing a 60th anniversary ball for my parents with this era as a theme.

What are the two un-named dances after the three named ones? Does anyone recognize the music?

The second un-named dance is The Northdown Waltz (1820).

Could anybody give me the details on their first dance? What's the music titled/what is the history of this dance/what step are they doing precisely? Any information would be much obliged! :)

What is the name of the second dance? Where can I find the music?

Why does it seem that all the dancers are moving before the beat? They seem to be moving in advance of the music.
