In this video, I opened a PayPal account step by step, as a non-US founder by having a US company and EIN, and most importantly ITIN you can also open your Paypal account without SSN by using ITIN, you can follow my video to increase your chances of getting acceptance from PayPal.
Disclaimer: This video is totally out of my experience working with them throughout the years, it does not guarantee for the applied business to have accepted by PayPal, in order to have the best chances, your application is still will be subjected to their verifications. I recommend you check their terms and conditions before applying.
And how to open PayPal account as non-resident without ITIN?
My situation is that I registered a foreign- owned single-member LLC in 2021. I am not a US resident, have never been to the USA, and do not have a green card.
When I registered for a Business PayPal account, I used my LLC's EIN for the SSN field and provided my agent's office address in Wyoming. Now, PayPal has contacted me saying that this information doesn't match the IRS records, and they need me to update it.
They've asked for a W-9 form, but there's also an option to send a W-8 form. Should I send the W-8 form instead, along with an explanation that I used an EIN for my LLC when registering?
Do you have any experience with this or any advice?
@@duskolj.1788 you should’ve gone with ITIN, I’ve a video I’ll upload this week, again covers this topic. W-8 can be more helpful but then you’ll be saying you’re based outside of the US with that, which may lead to account disclosure

Yes, as I explain in the video from Scratch, with a US business and ITIN instead of SSN you can apply and get a US PayPal.

@@f_kezezez6771 No, the only reason why ITIN exists is that you can't get SSN, so you're obligated to use ITIN. There is nothing wrong you're doing by using ITIN instead of SSN.
Hey Ugur thanks for the video, very helpful. A quick question. I already have a paypal account registered in canada that i have been using for years to get payments from my etsy store. Now i registered an LLC in the US, have an ITIN, and want to open a US business paypal account and link the same Etsy store to the new US business paypal account i want to open. When I put the Etsy store link as my business website will PayPal detect that this store was previously linked to a Canadian account and reject me?
Nope won't happen, unless you had some issues with that store and the Canadian PayPal you use.

You must have ITIN instead, as I'm explaining in the video, ITIN is the same 9-digit made for people who can't get SSN, you simply can look more and get your ITIN on theitin.com/

They ask that after you provide the number, additionally to verify. That's how it happens most of the time.@@yassineabderrahim5110

Hey I'm not sure what EID is, if you mean EIN for PayPal you must have your ITIN in addition to the EIN

We have to prove the address by a telephone bill, electricity bill or rental contract.
What can you offer us since I'm non US Citizens.

There are multiple solutions for address verification which you can check the video I've related in my channel.
I see that you put the business address as your personal address. Do they ask for Proof of address for the beneficial owners?

No, if you're a non-resident i don't recommend that, also if you do application without ITIN, I can guarantee that you'll get rejected make sure you've ITIN as I explain in the video, in order to get ITIN you must have a passport

@@voiceofugur6115 He means you're informing PayPal that you're a non-resident alien. It means you live in your own country, not in the United States. If you use a VPS, it appears that you are in the United States. As a result, there is no need to use a VPS. I hope you understand what I mean.

We have created a c corporation in Wyoming.
We tried to create our paypal usa account from our country 5 months ago and they refused.
After the refu, we got the ITIN number to create the paypal us account.
We followed your video and in the point bussines address and website you told us never to give information already communicated to paypal us while we have already entered all the real information of the manager and the company as well as the website and the address of the company located in Wyoming.
What is the solution that you propose for this point because we can not change the address or the domain name of the company.
Firstly I'd recommend using the information you've and making a reapplication as we're guiding. If that does not work it's totally up to you guys to do with new entity,person and information that is not red flagged.
