To be honest the AI is already better than 99% of people. And i think as the recipient of the call, i would prefer to talk to AI as they don't waste my time.

Having it admit to being Ai Assistant is a terrible idea for cold calling. This is gonna eventually cause the prospect to become skeptic in the long run.
If you have a legal consent to make the call, it's a sad state of affairs to use a bot for anything under $1000 sale. I run a US based call center. We will take your customers if this is your "edge". This might be good as a "high risk" high reward if you don't have anything to lose
