After 16 years of Grassroots Festivals, none in 2020, lovin Donna the Buffalo means needing to SEE them, hear them, and reminisce. Looking forward to 2021...miss you all! Much love, Gerry & Marie from Royalston, MA
Saw them at Pappy and Harriet's in Pioneertown CA about 12 or 13 years ago. It was standin room only. We were literally dancing on the tables. Those were the days.
I got turned on to this band by a local public radio show doing Americana music and this song was always playing in the promo for it. I just couldn't help but fall in love .
I don't know that they would do that these days, but the used to close out the stage at Great Blue Heron and move over to the dance tent and play as the Zydeco experiment. They probably started playing at 10-10:30 closed out at 12:00-12:30 half hour break until the dance tent, which I would leave at 2,3 oclock and they were playing until about daybreak, (with a revolving cast of course.) Loved my 20+ years hanging with them.
En lo que he escuchado Musica Folk, Contry and Demie Moore . . . Lone Justice , EmmyLou HaRRis & 10.000 Maniacs (JUNTOS) asi es el estilo de Donna The Buffalo , y me encanta . . .porqué no la escuché años atras????😎😎😎
Believe it! I was there. They went on at 8:35, and Jeb left the stage at 4:10am. (The rest of the band left 1-2 hours before). It was 7.5 hours, and most of the show is available on the Internet Archive. 8/18/2011 State Bridge.
all the while You must know Give Thanks its great to be alive or Yes true or not Still we find are self here and now even after tomorrow I Am Still here Ar U Up for a new day all the while
Yeah Right! The dance circle closes a lot earlier than it used to, but it is still a blast. The dance tent connections are on the verge of the surreal, but what fun!
Some of the best you will ever see in concert!!
This song makes you want tell your spouse/partner that you love them.
