Everything seems to be fine But Adding a topic to question bank might not be a great idea as while solving it would hamper the student skills of identification a question as far as main exam is considered u dont get questions along with topic name.. Hope I made a point :)
Just cover the topic name with your hand and analyse. I personally believe it's good to include the topic name. It'll be very useful for revision. If a certain topic is not covered, we can just cover questions on those topics as a last resort.
