One thing I'd really like to see in EFT is the ability to use homemade explosives. I'd like to think a lot of the Scavs, in the lore of the game, would know how to make stuff like molotovs and pipe bombs, and having them use and carry them would add more variety to the explosives than just regular old frag grenades.
Conrad Skinner great idea expanding on that they should add basic traps like tripwired grenades and claymores maybe even mines to the game but I feel like mines might be pushing it
I don't think this game needs traps. Dear god, I can already imagine the salt mining. I mean craftable explosives during the raid is one thing but traps is not going to be healthy for the game.
Poobs I would only agree with traps if they were semi noticeable such as tripwires or improvised pressure pads that sort of thing I'm not advocating for full on on mine fields or mines in general that would be to extreme and would honestly be a pain as unless they have some way of adding it so that mines buried show up as fresh dirt etc but even that’s not enough. pipe bombs and Molotov’s or Other forms of throwable IEDs on the other hand are great ideas and should definitely be added to the game
i would like to see this, but only if they are pre generated. Like the scavs set them up. Because the time it takes to set traps like that without them going boom is pretty big. Meaning places like the resort would be a no go for hatchet runs.
Dude devil must have the most insane headset, he hears literally everyone on the map. He could be on woods at the lumber camp and hear someone looting in the ZB-014 bunker
You should make a mini-series, like: "Modding with purpose", "best gun for X map" or just something similar. Where you show off modding the perfect gun for the perfect map. SKS, AK variants M4 and then snipers too. Even pistols? And show some short gameplay with said weapon.

I found out that perception increases your hearing distance, not sure if it's true but my squad mate sometimes hears stuff before I do while we're close to each other. Could be a high perception level, as to how to level it I'm not sure.

Recently whenever i do a Scav run on factory theres always someone just camping in the rafters. now usually i never say people camp in this game cause its just being patient but if i load into factory with 13 minutes left that means youve been up there for 20ish minutes lmao
WHY are splints not longer working? When your leg is marked out and you are limping you should be able to use a splint. @2:42 Wall hacker confirmed, running in one direction turn looks through concrete wall calls out "2 dudes here" with no visual, and kills both!

The way I meant to ask it is lets say you bring in an empty tri-zip into a raid and you insure it. Then you kill someone and put their gun in it which cant be insured by you but the backpack is. Then you die but the person that kills you deodorant want the gun or the backpack so they stay on your body. If you get the backpack back from insurance, will you get the gun in the bag as well?
you don't get anything back in insurance that wasn't insured. If you died in a bush to a terminator scav with a backpack full of bitcoins, you are only getting the bag back in insurance.

For stash management it’s basically just fit anything wherever, usually have large sections for guns and fit them however you can fit the most, for trader levelling just hatchet run and grab anything and everything to sell and go and sell it,

I primarily watch another streamer play EFT, but it seems that it's always the rounds where he loads in with a less than meta loadout (maybe an mpx or a drum mag makarov he picked up) that he runs into a fully geared group and gets lit up the second he peaks a corner. Treat every raid like someone is out to kill you, because besides the hatchlings, there are players who actually like to play the game.

yeah, you will have less space in the early access phase, but when it releases you can upgrade the stash space by playing the game (mayby even when open beta hits, not sure anymore)
I would go down to Wal-Mart or go on Amazon and get an 8 gig stick or a 4 gig and stick it in your comp and then buy the 40 dollar version if I really liked it I suggest you get EOD edition like me. This game is dayz on steroids. I love it and the devs fix the issues. If you don't want to buy the extra ram then just wait 6 months and all the small stuff will be fixed

This games desync is so terrible, that playing the aggressive peaker playstyle is the way to go. The more you hide and play corners the more you'll die. The rusher will see you before you see him.
comtacs? Not sure if you've ever played with them but they amplify sound (everything but gunfire) by an actual shitload. You could also do with learning the types of sounds the floors make in the game. Devil does a good job of confusing the enemy by not only peeking different angles, but using the sound hes making to confuse them (running up and back down stairs or straight up in circles for example). There is also the option to just overwhelm the enemy's senses completely, using grenades and sustained gunfire to cover your approach.
I always love when the sub music comes on. Van Halen is great. (The running joke with the State Troopers I work with is that I was born in the wrong generation because I hate my generation's music but like music by Elvis, AC/DC, GNR, Iron Maiden, Van Halen, Metallica, etc.)

Hey. Am having issues with audio. Eft is the only game where my sound doesn't work. I can barely hear my own shots which as you know, footsteps are a huge part of the game and am. Constantly losing because of it. Tried uninstalling and reinstaling as well as bucking with setting. Any help would be appreciated because I love the game but its unplayable like it is.
Why u keep using blackrock instead of wt rig? u can put kolpak or kiver in vest and keep backpack for guns... i dont mean u buy them, but u never switch to them and not seem to be collecting them... edit: u also keep all your ammo in secure container, even when there is kiver to be looted, why u dont place bullets to pockets, and kiver to secure container? u dont need it coz u rich?
TheDevildogGamer it's hard to get because of assholes like me. I mainly use akms and buy all the bp ammo whenever I see it. Have thousands of rounds just sitting there like pick me, pick me. It's a glorious thing to have
this game fucking sucks, rushing mechaniccs always win because you kill people while standing in your screen when actually they haven't even seen you yet because there is a 1 sec delay on player interaction. its pretty stupid, thats why in 0:11 he gets peek and shoot inmediatly because he had 1 extra sec too aim but we can't notice. fuck netcode
yeah , he only takes what he needs... but he also takes shit out to sell it , he doesnt drop the mag of sks's in his backpack to make them smaller...he dropped a sks in this video he was going to take out because the mag was in it and couldnt fit a 74n... if he dropped the mag he would of got both out lol.... he doesnt fold stocks on stuff to get more out to sell.....its a running joke in the community that DD struggles with looting... dont get me wrong , DD is a beast in the game tho

Grant Holt it won't at least not with current patch. I have 16 gigs ram and this game sometimes uses 12 gigs of it. It is because of memory leakage

yeah , he only takes what he needs... but he also takes shit out to sell it , he doesnt drop the mag of sks's in his backpack to make them smaller...he dropped a sks in this video he was going to take out because the mag was in it and couldnt fit a 74n... if he dropped the mag he would of got both out lol.... he doesnt fold stocks on stuff to get more out to sell.....its a running joke in the community that DD struggles with looting... dont get me wrong , DD is a beast in the game tho
