--------- CHAPTER 14 FIGHT BREAKDOWN ---------
The party indication order that appears on screen as ‘Joined the Party’ at the start of the JENOVA LIFECLINGER fight, informs you who will join you and when. This also indicates the order for the Sephiroth fight!
The list will look like this and appears onscreen for a few seconds, be sure you take a screenshot;
- JOINED THE PARTY -

Cross reference the above order with your own along with the additional information below, then ‘Retry from Before Battle’ and configure your materia now that you know who you will have for the various phases.

Dude you’re an absolute legend. Used all your guides for the combat sims and for hard mode, just got the plat now. Genuinely some of the best guides I’ve ever used for any game. Extremely detailed and very easy to follow. Props.
Once again if you restart against sephiroth you have to redo your materia/armor setup everytime, soo annoying that i dont even want to try but if i stop now i have to fight jenova again...i just want a break 😢
EDIT: So i accidentally clicked on restart before battle, was thinking it was talking about sephiroth but it included jenova, square enix just loves to ruin peoples days lol i guess i have to try that all again....
I really hope that from today on, the one that thought it would be a good idea to do this will stub his stupid pinky on every piece of furniture in his house for the rest of their life multiple times a day.
Once you get past the first phase should be alright bro, can just restart from current phase without need to set your materia again!
What a journey. Platinum achieved in large part due to your help. I can't even think of anyone with more concise guides.......you really break everything down step by step in the easiest way possible to follow. Hope you get a lot more followers and subscribers in the games to come.

PS: You really helped us turn the final Sephiroth fight into a piece of cake 😂. I struggled with all other phases before that (especially since I forgot to open the menu AGAIN before the Zack/Cloud fight... I had to restart), yet I beat his final fight during my first try. Let's go!

I normally don't comment on RUclips videos BUT THANK YOU for this guide. I spent two grueling hours completing this chapter yesterday. For some reason though, none of my character limit breaks were activating during the Sephiroth Reborn and my characters kept struggling so I had to restart from the Cloud and Zack battle and tweaked my set up differently. I also changed Aerith's materia differently giving her a fire + magic focus, healing + magnifying, time for haste, and revive which helped tremendously for me to heal them both or revive Cloud if he got killed when needed and the firaga to get a hit or two in with the arcane ward for extra damage. I nearly survive with 1500 hp before hitting one fira spell to end Sephiroth while whispers were draining my health away.
Done! Got platinum trophy! All because of you! Thank you so much! You're awesome!
Have just completed my hard mode run all thanks to your guide. You deserve much more than a thank you, your humour and comments definitely kept me entertained throughout the runs. A true legend!

Just got the platinum and I *HAVE* to leave a comment here to thank you, as many others have already said you basically were the deciding factor in carrying on with this journey, I usually commit pretty hard in getting platinum for the games I love, but Rebirth almost broke me. I can’t imagine how hard must have been for you to master everything and convert your experience into top notch guides, both effective and easy to digest. If a good thing can spring from this mess of a trophy/side content balancing I hope it’s some solid growth/further success for your channel, that would be more than deserved. I just beat hard mode today, and this last run of bosses was a lot less trouble than I thought thanks to your builds and strategies.
Goated guide, finished all chapters on hard mode and got all the folios.
Also, I had been practicing using Zack in the simulators and got pretty decent at using him, so I managed to beat his solo phase without needing to expend MP.

You did, indeed, get me my platinum. Not on this one, but you got me through the Brutal and Legendary challenges and I took what I learned from there to get through the last few Hard levels. Wasn't as elegant as what you've done here, but it got done.

I got my very first very platinum! Thank you Optinoob! I never cared to platinum games before but I loved Rebirth SO much, I wanted to try. I'm an easy mode girl, I've never attempted any game in hard mode but your guides made it feel like a breeze! Some of the combat simulations were definitely difficult but with some practice I eventually conquered them all. I learned so much from you as well. Learning to fight in hard mode was a whole new level of enjoyment! This has given me the confidence to return to Remake and attempt to platinum it as well, with your guides of course! Thank you so much again, you truly are brilliant!

Strategy worked like a charm, order system worked perfectly. I can't believe I had an easier time with this whole chapter than when I did it in my normal run. Died a couple times but nothing I couldn't handle.

Need to use limit break at Sephiroth phase 3 because I died, and need to retry. Took at least 10 tries in Sephiroth final phase but finally got him! Bagged that freaking platinum trophy after almost two months! Your guides are so helpful and awesome optinoob! Hope your channel blows up even more. Thank you! What a journey it has been.

One of the many who only has the platinum thanks to your incredible guides. Even managed to force the final Jenova/Sephiroth fights despite my materia resetting after an early death (and thinking I had messed up the Character A/B/C format haha). Your strategies worked well even with my issue, including a first try Sephiroth thanks to your explanation of dodging his attacks.
Suffice to say, I've joined the 1.7% of platinums strictly by your guides, and cant emphasize enough how smartly these are built as they don't rely on precision blocks and timing to pull off, and often use similar tactics from fight to fight to make the rhythm of learning them easier. Extremely well done and much appreciated!

Things didn't always work quite right for me but your guides have been invaluable. I had no problem with Remake but there is way more BS in some parts of this game so I found your guides. The triple level 3 limit break was great.

Had to improvise a few times when things didn’t pan out. Just finished hard mode. Just have to finish the last two legendary challenges. I got too frustrated and took a break to give hard mode a try. Now I gotta go back and try Remake again on hard
Awesome! Got my platinum yesterday and didn't wait for this video. Somehow similar build. Took me quite a while on the last Sephy stage. I kept saving my Limit Break on him on End is Nigh but couldn't get enough damage and his health bar a little but higher. Should have use that Fire Level 3 instead. Props again, you've been a big help in the Brutal and Legendary runs, and the other chapter hard runs.
