You have to reach a certain level in Blueberry to unlock the white pick-up. There is another car dealer in West Black Elk with a large box truck. Each area has its own level requirements to buy the pawn shops, houses & vehicles. These can be seen in the tablet or map, above the legend open the districts tab, select an area, then the upper right will show you each upgrade & level needed to get it.

I really like this Simulator- i hope it comes to Xbox Series X.
I think it would work really well on Xbox or PS5. I have noticed they have been doing a lot of moving over of sim games to consoles so you never know!
Almost there...think its level 20 in Blueberry to get the pick-up, level 30? in West Black Elk for the box truck...
