As long as anything is built in Eden it is not good, in the entirety of in acceptance as thing in the world. In order for their to be a good, their must be an imposition on rules governing behaviour, and if Eden was perfect then anything built there would defy the perfection as the state is exists as. Therefore, in Eden, decision outside of providence is evil, as it aims to achieve willfully.
