Wait. They had the nerve to change the pitch of the organ? That's not remastering. How many pieces did they apply autotune to?

This looks like a fantastic box set. It is on Amazon right now for £54....that’s just 50p per disc! Anyone who is remotely interested in this box set I think will agree that this a price you can’t possibly ignore!

Thank you for subscribing to my channel
I'll make a movie about it
And maybe I'll make a comparison
Exactly the same pieces I have at different expenses
      Thank you very much

      Congratulations
It would be really interesting to compare the different publishing
I've already found huge differences in Peter and the Wolf
      Published in the 1990s
And the one that came out with 80 discs symphonic works
      and also
In Bernstein and Copeland among the various publishing CDS
      Exactly the same recording.
Mine was shipped today from England
      I'm listening to the STAX SR-009 + SRM-006TS headphones
But I will soon get the more powerful amplifier with 4 lamps
      SRM-007TII from Japan
      Player is SA-11 S1
      Marantz
      and also
NAIM DAC + PU for reference
      TOP CD SOUND

I know that Leonard Bernstein often worked closely with CBS producer John McClure. Do these re-mastered editions strip out Mr McClure's contributions which are, I feel, central to the recorded Bernstein legacy?

Yes his best sounding recordings are produced by McClure. Not sure what he would have added a his whole goal was to get to the original sound - maybe some reverb but not much.

Complaint for Sony. Why did you put out complete boxes for Lenny's symphonies & his concertos/orchestral works...but not finish out the project w/a box of his vocal/choral/opera recordings? Instead, you're recycling some material from the 2 aforementioned boxes w/the composer, & now this remastered box of 100 random choices. Like the Royal Edition & Bernstein Century, your label keeps starting but never finishing projects to put out a single complete collection of Bernstein's Columbia catalog. Is this request too much to ask for, or are you guys simply trying to milk Lenny's fans for as much $$$$ as you can? Not going to buy any more of your label's reissues until it is the complete vocal/choral works.
