✨story time✨ I don’t remember which friend, but around 2 years ago I was invited to my friends house to just hang out, the first hour or so was pretty basic talking and catching up until.. he asked me to come downstairs and see what he was working on. When we reached the bottom of the stairs, he showed me into his room and opened the wardrobe at the back of the room, when he turned back around my eyes fell upon the thing in his hands, it was a furby- but it had all the fur ripped off and it’s lower beak missing, it was freaky and I did not like it 😭. Bro then set it down on the table and turned it on, the eyes rolled up with a blank stare and garbled something at us, turns out him and his sister were trying to re-code this furby to get it to say other things. My brain was shouting “NUH UH MAN WHAT *IS* THAT-“ when his sister walked in with ANOTHER ONE and turned it on, this one said the basic things furbys say like “let’s be friends!” And so on, unlike the one from the wardrobe though, this one could move and it moved its head and walked around the table chanting creepy things. I left that house traumatised and knowing exactly why people hate those furry freaks. Anyways it was pretty silly and thanks for reading :D

For a furby story: When I was little, somewhere around maybe 10 years old, I had a similar furby to yours with the glowing eyes. It was on my wall in a bookshelf and I could see it from my bed. Anyway one night when I was sleeping I woke up for no apparent reason, only to find my furby turned on, eyes lit, LAUGHING in the corner. Full on "HEHEHEHEHEHEH" Then either the battery died mid speech or something malfunctioned in the voice as it slowly deepend and turned to almost gargling before it promptly jumped(wiggled) off the shelf, landing face first and never working again. Needless to say I burned it.
For the furby story as a kid I had this ugly ass furby. And I can't remember it too well, it was just green and I was a curious little fella so when the little guy stopped working, I practically skinned it. I ripped off the fur and studied all the parts and put it back on my shelf. My parents were horrified and then I had nightmares and threw it away somewhere in my closet. But like that night all I heard was like cracked out furby noises. I was like 5 I think lmao.

Smol story time When we were younger my sister had bought a furby one blue small one with yellow horns. We took care of the thing for some time and then we forgot about it. We placed it on my dads office. But every now and then it would wake our of its slumber just to scare us. After some years my little cousin noticed it and decided she wanted to play with it and i was like ok. But the batteries had gotten so old that the furby would repeat the same word again and again and again until i decided it was time to put it to rest and remove its batteries...
i used to have furby like- finger puppets?? and a lit of people at my school were scared of them (i think because they saw some random horror video?) and so i brought them to school and threw the furby finger puppets at people edit: i looked it up and they are called "lot 5 furby flingers", i had two red ones, a black one, a blue one, a yellow one, and a fluffy blueish-indigo one with pink ears, apparently they were meant to be pencil toppers
