Not done watching the review yet, but as an editor myself, I want to say that you edited this very beautifully. Your creativity is seriously inspiring. Also, so many of your shots look like they were taken at UCF and surrounding areas! Is this where you trained? If so, what a coincidence because I began my ring training there too!

Amazing review man, I bought rings yesterday and was looking to start working with those since I was getting bored of bodyweight exercises with a weighted backpack and your review definitely sold me on this program, will definitely try it and follow your own tips as well!
Great video dude. As someone who has been through a few of the phases a few times, its great to see a video covering it so well. I noticed we have a few differences in form, such as on the pelican curls, and i also notice you made such a bigger transformation than myself! the results are what i would like but obviously we are different people, genetics etc., Keep up the good work dude! and post this on the forum!
Thank you ! This was back in 2017-2018 which is crazy to think about, but years prior to this I was bodybuilding with weights so I had a base to start with in terms of physique (talked about in my 1st vid). Of course everyone is different, but consistency always wins 10/10. Thanks again for watching and the input 🙏🏻💯
Dude keep this kind of content up, it's really enjoyable to watch the video transitions. I especially loved the transitions where you were holding up a printed mini version of a video frame and then go into that video, or the reverse such as in 13:00 I hope your channel grows, you deserve it. Wish I could like twice
Appreciate your attention to detail my man 💯 I truly enjoy being as creative as I can while providing quality/solid content, so I plan on continuing with my style 100%. Thank you for watching!
Damn man, this is the review I needed ! Thank you so much! I am amazed at the quality of your video. This is a professional quality video. Thanks again.
Great review! It certainly helped me make up my mind to purchase this program. I am a big fan of Daniels and follow a lot of his advise from his RUclips channel. I have been incorporating rings in my training for awhile and have been wanting to take it to the next level. looking forward to the journey.
Great summary mate! I’ve also been on BBR for the last 2.5 years and I must agree, if you stay focused on slowly progressing, muscle and power gains soon follow! However, another CON would be lack of info around general injury prevention…only Daniels wrist and shoulder warmup discusses this. For example, when I was repping out 16 ring dips, I soon developed a shoulder injury for 5 months. So I had to go back to basics and hired a PT and a Physio to focus me on building bullet proof shoulders with weights - which I still do to this day for warmup. Also, as you mentioned, LEG workouts are imperative - not really mentioned in BBR program! So I purchased Limitless Legs and oh man are my legs bulking now after 1 year. And most lower back and neck pain are gone! During lockdowns, my friends were getter fatter due to gyms closing, and I was getting stronger each day at home. My current weekly split is as follows: (and my program shuffles the days): Day 1 - BBR Day 2 - limitless legs Day 3 - skills day (handstand, muscle up, front lever, L Sit etc) Day 4 - BBR Day 5 Limitless legs Day 6 - BBR Day 7 - rest For 4 weeks, then 1 week de-load. Because I’m also vegan (focus on high Protien plant food), my found my muscle recovery is about 24 hours, allowing me to train at full intensity for almost every day of the week. Finally, you can use this program indefinitely as there are many progressions to keep you busy. For example, I now do 16kg pull-ups and chin-ups with a weight belt - my goal is 20kg.
That’s an awesome point, addressing injury prevention would’ve been a nice plus. I’ve been in a similar position with injuries good thing you addressed it (currently dealing with bad bicep tendonitis sadly). Love your schedule and how you’re combining BBR and LL, I have yet to try LL maybe that can be a future review video. Thanks for sharing your process/providing your input my man and thank you for watching! Keep at it 💯

Very good review been following Fitness FAQ for a while. Will be purchasing this program at the end of the year, Since I am training for kettlebell sports. It will definitely be to much to do at the same time
This reminds me of watching Radu Antoniu - the editing is fun, the video shows some artistic flair without any extra fat; I didn’t want to skip ahead at any point. It is pure information with impeccable delivery I have no idea what kind of content is on the channel (I will check it out when I’m done watching this) but I’ve already subscribed.

Keep up the great work. Maybe my 3rd or 4th time watching this video. Got back into BBR after a shoulder injury but loving this program. Great review and some SOLID tips.
Great video, subscribed and probably going to purchase the program (been waffling between trying to figure it out on my own or buying something like BBR). General public speaking suggestion to consider - you make a lot of apologies about the missing footage from phase 2/3 - it's generally better to not apologize for content you don't have. Instead, focus on the (frankly amazing) content and video you do have. I probably wouldn't have even noticed the missing footage, but if you feel the need to acknowledge it don't dwell on it. My two cents - you do you and what you think is best.
Public speaking is my worst enemy. I’ve spent countless hours in the past just gaining the courage to talk into a microphone/camera. Still a lot of work to be done. Thank you for that input, I appreciate the message and will take note of it 💯
Great review. I've followed Daniel for some time on youtube but your review made me descide to buy this program. Great work, nice transformation and thank you.
Hey, one of the best edited videos I've seen!! Been looking into buying BBR, but was wondering if it would work with weights? Say weighted pull ups and dips? Been doing weighted pull ups and dip for awhile now, so was wondering if this program would be suitable for weighted calisthenics. Thanks!
Thank you ! Honestly I wouldn’t jump into this with weighted variations yet. Especially considering the tempo protocols used (assuming you stick to them) and volume involved. It progressively gets more difficult with each phase. Have you trained weighted ring dips in the past? Regardless, it’s well worth being patient, using just your bodyweight for now, especially if you aren’t acclimated to using rings 👍
@@BodyweightProcess Yes sir, been doing weighted ring dips for awhile now. Guess I'll go through it without weights first, and maybe rerun the program with weights again if I can cope with it! I'm really surprised you still replied haha

Much appreciated! You are one of the community leaders on the forum correct? I posted a one arm hang challenge back in 2018 I remember receiving a comment from you! Honored you enjoyed the video and thank you for all the effort you’ve put into the forum 🤘🏻
I started rings in last 2 months as part of weight training, but also in response to Spartan Races that I competed in. I'm a bit shocked that you developed hypertrophy ONLY from rings!! Super review. I've been following FitnessFAQs, and I've been deciding on biting the bullet on this program. I feel like it won't conflict with cycling/leg days as it is mostly push-pull. Very engaging review, thorough without being repetitive. Daniel is clear and "clinical" in his videos, and your review is in keeping with his style.
Prior to this I had been bodybuilding using weights for years so I had a solid base to work off of, but using just the rings along with hypertrophy based programming completely changed the game for me. This program probably won’t get in the way of your cycling/leg days as it is all upper body based. Just depends on your goals. If your goal is to develop upper body physique/mass overtime (potentially gain weight) using rings then in my opinion BBR is worth looking into. Appreciate your thoughts my man, thank you for your input and for watching!
Been doing Phase 1 of BBR for about 10 weeks now after seeing the excel spreadsheet online, finally about to take the leap and buy the full programme after this great vid! Really need the increase in difficulty now I feel.
Glad to hear! Sounds like you will be well prepared to move forward with BBR. Make sure to go over the E-book before moving on to phase 2, you won’t regret it. Thanks for watching, much appreciated 🙏🏻
Love rings BUT build strong elbows prior to this program. There are a few videos explaining how to build lower arm muscles and also how to treat elbow injuries. I suffered tennis elbow for 2 years and recently trained away golfers elbow. Guys, always train and warm up your elbows!
That’s the plan! My goal is to ensure solid content/information/quality for you guys so it may take me some time uploading videos, but I’ll do my best. Thank you 🙏🏻
Excellent video/ review. Thanks. But I'll remember that irritating muzak worm all day now! I've had my Rings for two months. If there's ONE thing I could change about my training life, it would be to start Rings/ Calisthenics 40 years ago, instead of weights training.
great video - I finished whole program already, but 3rd phase realised to me, I’m not ready for it. Will go over again from 2nd phase with EGO mode “off”, cheers (video from one session on my channel)
Thank you and no need for that, I have a lot of respect for Daniels consistent/quality work and truly appreciate his efforts. I was more than happy to make this review as this program not only changed my life, but many others and hopefully more 🤟🏻
Godlike video dude! How did you approach the tempo for some exercises? I find it difficult sticking with the rep range with the given tempo for some exercises like chin ups, could only do 4 chin ups with the tempo as opposed to the minimum of 6.
Thank you! And the E-book actually addresses that, but to put it simply, if you’re struggling reaching the minimum reps try and perform less reps and more sets. Ex, perform 5 sets x 4 reps (= 20 total reps) you still meet the volume needed while being able to execute reps with proper form avoiding fatigue early on in your sets. The only downside is this will take more time. You can also manipulate the tempo if it’s too difficult for you. I remember the chin up tempo it’s a tough one, just reduce the eccentric time and isometric hold time at the top, even by one second and see how it feels. Overtime you can gradually work your way back to the recommended tempo. Quality > Quantity 💯
Wow great content, you got my subscription! Does the ebook provide also some tips about nutrition to follow during the program? Thank you and keep going!
I never comment so: Thanks for the hard work to create this sadly underrated review. I heard you used a specific diet starting at phase 2. Any suggestions for the diet would be useful. Or is there enough Information in the E-Book/Forum? I definitely gonna get this.
Much appreciated my man thank you. The E-book just covers basic stuff (ex. Caloric deficit vs caloric surplus). I payed more attention to eating cleaner, avoiding processed foods and maintained a deficit. Personally it worked great for me and kept it up as I felt healthier/leaner. My suggestion is to experiment, not overthink it and base your diet around your goals. We all react differently to specific diets. Of course we’re training with just our bodyweight in this program so gaining a few pounds/kilos during this makes a difference, so just be aware. Good luck and enjoy the process 🤟🏼
@@BodyweightProcess Thank you so much. That actually amazes me that you we're able to build muscle with a deficit in the long run. In the gym I always had to track 1:1 according to my calories, Proteine and fats to see results. I wish you the best thank you.
Highly recommend numbered straps so you can easily set your ring height to the same level from workout to workout. This program works great for building strength, size, and flexibility even at age 59. Remember to add exercises for your legs or play soccer.
Agreed! Just make sure your anchor point is either the same or of similar height each session to remain consistent, I address this towards the end of the video. Thanks for watching 💯
Nice video brother! I think this program is definitely going to help me in the lockdown. I have one question though, how to manage the leg days as it is an upper body program and the gyms are closed as well?
I’d recommend hitting legs twice a week if possible during the program, (ex. Saturday & Wednesday) especially since you won’t have access to a gym. At some point I’ll be uploading bw routines for legs. In the meantime fitnessfaqs & calisthenicmovement have solid bw leg routines you can follow on those days. Thanks for watching!
@@BodyweightProcess @The Bodyweight Process Thanks for the reply man, appreciate that. I have watched few videos from your channel and really liked them, have subscribed you, keep growing!
Thank you man love to hear that and my leg days were very inconsistent, but done at a local gym with external loads. Don’t make the same mistake I did, definitely schedule your leg days!
Thanks! I wasn’t paying much attention to my diet in the first phase but towards the second phase for the most part I tried to stay in a deficit and during the third phase I was more on top of my diet and stayed in a deficit. It worked out for me, but I always say experiment and see what works best for you based off your goals 💯

Thank you man I appreciate it and thanks for taking the time to watch 💯
@@BodyweightProcess yes, I certainly do have the body physique/mass goal...I may do a rotation of BBR, for a "changeup"
This is an awesome review and really inspiring to see your progress
Much appreciated thank you!
Very very nice review and editing.
Daniel please, give a gift to this boy :)
@@BodyweightProcess Thank you, I will do! Best of luck with the rings!
Love rings BUT build strong elbows prior to this program. There are a few videos explaining how to build lower arm muscles and also how to treat elbow injuries. I suffered tennis elbow for 2 years and recently trained away golfers elbow. Guys, always train and warm up your elbows!
Could you point trustable online material about that topic? There are too much contradictory info about that in the internet...
Great review man!!! Upload more!!
Great edition dude!! Great work overall
Appreciate the kind words man thanks for watching! 💯
Phenomenal vid. I was only slightly interested in this program... Dude should pay you for this vid because you sold it man
Thank you and no need for that, I have a lot of respect for Daniels consistent/quality work and truly appreciate his efforts. I was more than happy to make this review as this program not only changed my life, but many others and hopefully more 🤟🏻
This review is legit so good.
Much appreciated thanks for watching!
Bro keep it up your video is awesome and I’m only 3mins in
Much appreciated man 🙏🏻
Thanks for your effort man !!!
And thank you for watching 💯
What a great review and video content.
Appreciate it man thank you 💯
great review thank you very much!
Appreciate that my man thank you!!
Bro subbed instantly. Amazing content!! Keep it up and results will come to you in this domain as well. Cheers.
Appreciate that! Thanks for believing in me, will do my friend 💯
This really helps as I bought the program as well. And yeah, using rings suck at first but I feel that the sucking makes me want to work harder
Great review! Keep up the good work.💪🏾 I will be coming out with a review on a different calisthenic program soon. I hope it’s as good as yours LOL
All about enjoying the process, thank you for the kind words and looking forward to seeing your review!
Quality > Quantity 💯
wow this video has superb quality
Much appreciated, thanks for watching 🙏🏻
Wow great content, you got my subscription!
Does the ebook provide also some tips about nutrition to follow during the program?
Thank you and keep going!
Thank you! The e-book goes briefly over general concepts/things to know like caloric surplus vs deficit, etc.
Liked the video for the intro alone... I have yet to watch the rest
excellent review
Much appreciated, thanks for watching 🤘🏻
Thank you, very helpful.
How do you have 500 subs, your content is amazing.
Thank you! 500 feels like a million, very grateful 🙏🏻
Was that an Akatsuki Vest at the begining of the video? @1:35?
Also, great video my man!
😏 and thank you much appreciated !
Great video - found this really useful!!
Thanks for watching glad it helped! 💯
This video is so well edited
Highly recommend numbered straps so you can easily set your ring height to the same level from workout to workout. This program works great for building strength, size, and flexibility even at age 59. Remember to add exercises for your legs or play soccer.
Agreed! Just make sure your anchor point is either the same or of similar height each session to remain consistent, I address this towards the end of the video. Thanks for watching 💯
2:01 ok that genuinely scared the shit out of me 😂😂
Excellent review
Appreciate it thanks for watching 💯
Amazing video man!
What were your leg workouts like while doing this program? Really enjoyed the video and pushed me to buy the program after debating for months.
Thank you man love to hear that and my leg days were very inconsistent, but done at a local gym with external loads. Don’t make the same mistake I did, definitely schedule your leg days!
Thanks for the review and great video editing. By the way, are you in a deficit or near maintenance throughout the whole program?
Thanks! I wasn’t paying much attention to my diet in the first phase but towards the second phase for the most part I tried to stay in a deficit and during the third phase I was more on top of my diet and stayed in a deficit. It worked out for me, but I always say experiment and see what works best for you based off your goals 💯
Great video!!!
Very well made!
