But if you went back to 2011 and told people that the top of the line iPhones and Samsung phones were going to cost more than a decent desktop computer, they’d just laugh at you. the issue i have with phones that aren't iphones or high end androids is parts availability. after a couple years, good luck finding quality parts *in case* anything happens to your phone. finding a quality case is also an issue.
I've had a motorola Edge +, same phone for like 7 years or something. Works perfectly and it's great. I don't need any super fancy stuff. And so II thought this is probably a good match for my mom, who needs a new phone since I like my old edge so much

Bought this a week ago., after watching a lot of reviews ( many from India where it is a big seller!) Set up and transfer from my old G30 was so easy, simply scan qr code! Phone is smooth and fast ,sound really good and loud.The camera is great, good photos and video, copes very well with night time fairground lights, macro fine and daylight zoom up to 9 or 10x is very good for a phone. The dual screen feature works great too! For a phone in this price range, think you would be hard pushed to find better! Very happy with the edge 50 fusion!
Ive just bought a motorola edge 40 neo, used on facebook for £100, and what a phone, great 144hz display, insane battery life (6 hours screen time with 45% remaining), and a more than capable camera. It also feels lignt , thin and very pocket friendly at only 6.5"
I was going to buy xiaomi poco X6 pro despite not liking its' design because all the reviews said it has great performance. But then I found out about Edge 50 fusion, and watching your video I realised that this one works just as well plus looks way cooler. It's a bit more expensive than poco x6 pro in my country, but the design is worth it!
I have the edge 50 Pro based on uncle spurt's review. Honestly I really like it so far. Only 2 gripes, not the biggest fan of the curved display, and a little bigger and heavier than I'd like, But I've been spoiled by the s22. LOVE the fast charging. Performance is pretty solid. Better than Samsung in my experience.

I have the Moto Edge 2024 which is the closest comparison to this phone and I absolutely love it. I'm fresh off a Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE and this phone feels much faster. The battery life is also insane. Baby flagship for $299. Can't beat it Spurt!

They need to release a decent mid-ranger with 6" or less screen size, light weight. I got the Edge 50 fusion. Only complaint with it is the screen size.

No, it's absolutely not...I have the fusion and bought the Redmi Note 13 Pro + 5g for my wife. Similar prices but now I actually want to swap. Stream to a TV or display to play games on a Fusion 😢and the app freezes and the only way out is a restart...the Moto smart connect serves so many ads games are unplayable...at least xaoimi ads don't affect your interactions with any app.😢

I kindly ask you to help me in making the following choice between these phones: Poco X6 pro VS Redmi Note 13 pro PLUS VS Infinix GT 20 pro Or Motorola Fusion 50 I am also opened to Poco F6 as a variant if it would be really worth it in my case. Use case: phone will be used for gaming mostly and minimal day to day basic use not much for photos and media consumption, battery and system stability are important. Something I can rely on for maximum graphics and performance in games like Codm for a period of 1 year. the number of years of future updates are not important.
I was asking that same question myself, went for the redmi 13 pro and swapped it for the fusion after 1 day of constant frustration😢 what a shitshow, another wallpaper or ringtone? Straight to the xiaomi "appstore" asking you to pay for everything, the settings menu makes no sense at all, 2 sim cards with seperate mail accounts and notifications is a disaster, random freezing and data connection issues, if you think motorola has shovelwear the xiaomi is 100x worse with non removable commercial crap.
