It does create a beautiful atmosphere, but since the bird singings are all high frequency, I think maybe some people will find it uncomfortable for their ears when they listen to it for a long time, or they just can't concentrate (including myself), so if that's the case for you, please use this video.

This kind of content really makes me concentrate on my studies. I just kind of discover this recently and it is helpful for me. Btw. I am currently doing my pre-tests and post-tests of my Character Formation Course and also I prefer both. Summer because I always remember my childhood moments and winter because I kinda like a cold-weather so that I can wear hoodies and jackets.
