I'd rather ask what are they doing in 0:15. I can do it when it's slow but at the normal speed it's impossible. Check LunaCherry2's video for that hand. You kinda sweep with your hand in front of you, then from back (follow the hand with your eyes) and then twist your wrist and throw it ahead. :'D

Yeah I got it after hard work. ^^ I noticed immediately that almost everybody was doing it the wrong way. I decided then that I wanna learn it just the way they're doing it. First I practiced with super slow speed to really understand what's going on, then a bit faster and faster untill I got it right.
I thought I was too until I preformed koi no fuga by W at my 8th grade talent show a few years back. You may think you're a coward but wait until you get up there and the music gets going!
