The dimples are a nice feature. But 2 guys to do this step? The material is light-weight and should be easily completed by 1-guy. If this was a shop production, you would have extra shop-rate for 2-guys. You should have self-aligning guides on the steel rim board making it very easy to complete with 1-guy. The dimples would then hold it in place for 1-person to screw and secure.
