    For the marination: Mix 1/2 cup curd,2 tbsp roasted besan and 1 tbsp achar masala and 100gm paneer cubes and mix everything well
    Now grill this paneer on 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes
    Transfer it into a bowl and add 2 tbsp makhani sauce or any sauce of your choice
    ✅For the dough:
    Ingredients:
    3 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup warm milk
    2 tsp dry yeast
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp butter
    1/4th cup warm water
    In a bowl add 1 cup warm milk in that add 2 tsp sugar and 2 tsp yeast, whisk it well and leave it 6-7 minutes until the yeast activates
    In that add 3 cups maida and 1 tsp salt and mix it well , now add 1/4th cup warm water and start kneading the dough properly until the dough becomes non sticky,smooth and stretchy (it will take 10 minutes)
    Now put some softened butter on dough and knead it for another 3-4 minutes rest this dough for 1 hour in a greased bowl by covering it until the dough turns double in size
    Now make small sized bowl of the dough and flatten it
    Put some paneer filling and top it up with some mozzarella cheese ,now seal this very well
    Now we’ll rest them for half n hour
    After half n hour,give them a nice milk wash and sprinkle some black sesame seeds
    Bake it on 165 degrees for 12-15 minutes (preheat the oven first on 180 degrees for 10 minutes)
    Brush some butter on top of them after baking and rest for 10 minutes
