Thank you for posting this. I couldn't find any other demos of using a trigger device on hips. I tried to use a foam roller about a decade ago and wound up in the hospital with back spasms.

This tool right here is the holy grail of muscle knots...i just got it and its amazing!!
It took me so long, how on goddamn earth does nobody, not docs, not even massage therapists know about this? It is by far the best self-massage tool one could ever dream of, it's barely even expensive, it works purely on proper leverage... and it is amazing. It feels as good as any proper massage, and imho even better as you have perfect, immediate feedback to what you want. It's so obvious in hindsight, but good God is that a great helper, for anyone, really. About the worst I can think of is that my model wasn't modular and thus not available for delivery to pick-up locations - and that is borderline irrelevant. Anyone needs to have this in their homes, especially if you're physically active (which nobody really is doubting would be a good thing to have going for you).
I never felt like I was suffering all that much, but now I feel whole again. I can't imagine what this would do to people with much gnarlier conditions than mine, as much as it won't replace proper physical therapy and such. The convenience alone is just so big for many folks, I'd bet you a fair sum.
I have that tool and I love it too! I have spots on my back that I can get at by myself. It's so easy to do your own back. I'll try the ones you showed on the video. I hadn't thought to use it in that way.
Why is it blue. Brown would be better. pretty soon it will be brown

You know sometimes I wish I can duplicate myself at will, just to give myself massage, then I figured they would want massages too so I abandoned the thought.

Would you say a lacrosse ball is good enough for self massage? What can this stick do that the ball can't?
ZangetsuEdge the leverage and pin-point accuracy you can get with this thing is pretty fantastic. Lacrosse balls are great, but this tool is laser-guided and you are not limited by just your own bodyweight for pressure.
