INGREDIENTS:-
wheat flour - 1 cup(125 gms)
cocoa Powder- 2 tbsp
baking powder- 1-1/2 tsp
baking soda -1/2 tsp
salt a pinch
powdered sugar -3/4 cup (75-80gms)
vanilla essence- 1tsp
pieces of dark Chocolate
oil- 1/2 cup

+Palak Bagga no mam dairy milk chocolate will not give lava inside the cake because it is very thin
So mam use large pieces of dark chocolate so that you will get lava inside the cake

anita ji, i made the cake today in otg at 200°c.the cake batter was not like yours it was too liquidy, dont know why but still it turned out good. my daughter enjoyed the cake today. thank you so much for sharing the receipe.

+POOJA RAVAL yes mam you can make it in oven .
Firstly, preheat the oven/microwave convection on 200°C (395 F ) for 2 min . Then bake it for about 25 min .
But The time of baking is also depends upon the the size of the baking dish . According to my cake mould size cake will be baked in 25 min. If you feel that cake is not baked properly then cook it for another 5 min☺. Your lava cake will be ready☺ .
