Arrow Lift - Burning Tree Plaza - Duluth, Minnesota

This is the Arrow Lift at Burning Tree Plaza in Duluth, Minnesota. I think this is a new installation as of 2023 (or somewhere around there). Surely this is just for ADA compliance, but I imagine it is rarely used as there are other doors nearby that have level access to all the stores.
