Big Facts E4: Eldorado Red on Beating 25 Yr Sentence, Doe B, Street Smarts, Spiritual Battles & More

- Опубликовано: 10 фев 2025
- Eldorado Red joins Big Bank & DJ Scream for Big Facts! He talks about his absence from the music scene, overcoming legal issues including a murder case which brought his career to a halt, & more. He reveals that much has changed & although he still is making new music, he isn't caught up into the rapper life as much.
He talks about his start with music, transitioning from the streets and how he was stamped into the streets of Atlanta by Big Bank & Shawty Lo. Seeing Shawty Lo successfully rap and be in the streets inspired him to believe that he too could excel at both. He talks about the street mentality that helped propel some of his early success in the rap game.
Next, he speaks on the challenges he faced returning home after being released from prison. He had to turn down money due to being on house arrest and unable to travel, which forced him to think outside of the box and transition to a more CEO-minded approach and signing other artists. He admits that he was probably in the wrong headspace before his arrest to have been able to be fully successful as an artist. He talks about how having street money before getting into rap negatively affected his focus and dedication to being the best artist and says that the artists who come from nothing with no other opportunities are the ones who lock in with no distractions. He confirms that he never snitched to get out because he was at the top of the totem pole.
Next, he speaks on his relationship with the late great rapper, Doe B. He talks about them coming from the same neighborhood and him being one of Doe B's earliest believers and invested into his music but didn't sign him because he wanted to present him with enough money to get out of the streets. He talks about details of the longstanding feud that led to Doe B's untimely murder while Eldorado was incarcerated and what really happened on that fateful night. He touches on his relationship with Yo Gotti and them both hailing from Ridgecrest. He talks about how them reconnecting after his release didn't go as he planned, but that there's no love lost.
He gives advice to the youth that you cannot have one foot in the rap game and one foot in the streets & give your all to both. He talks about his experience in prison and spending 18 months in the hole. He talks about the changes in society before and after his release and reveals that the most concerning is surveillance technology & possible ramifications for using them recklessly, from social media to live-streaming, & more. He warns on the politics of prison, and urges the youth to make smart decisions, & walk like a god. He talks about why he plans to marry the mother of his child and how the lit women on Instagram may be fun for a moment but they aren't built to hold you down if anything goes down. He says every street nigga needs a real solid woman in their corner.
Lastly, he advises everyone to not worry so much about the world we see but to focus more on the unseen like cleaning your spirit and cleaning your heart. Be on the lookout for Eldorado Red's new music project coming soon, A&R'd by Big Bank Black!

Rest In Power Lil Phat ‼️
I’ve been a fan of big bank including the tape and eldorado red for years and to see the head space that there in now versus where it was back when it’s a blessin that these generals passin game down to the youth cause these guys lost out here mentally and spiritually, so this was well needed and this podcast gone be number 1 on RUclips for sure an any other plat form genuinely speaking!!!! Y’all got my support so I’m always gon tune in and like all this episodes 💯
Mr Pickens man fr. Inspiring and let u know u can change without changing ✊💯
Please get boosie on BIG FACTS love this podcast..
Shout out Big Bank and the DuckTape family. Respect to you men
When I came home from the feds my woman told me that this DuckTape movement was founded on solid niggaZ
GOD bless you all and your families
@@MrMymoney88 I know you a youngster.😄 I laugh at how disrespectful you youngins are on the internet. Take time out your day to encourage and edify another person as opposed to a quick response to attempt to tear them down champ. (I hope you listened and took heed to the words of wisdom old boy gave to you in this video for free)
@@bennithayes5532 Absolutely the solid, sad truth. Your response will go over many heads. Folks can be so narrow minded that, according to who's in ear shot you are subject to be frowned upon for extending recognition or credit to a person(s). Men should respect men period. And everything around him for that matter until otherwise. Ain't nothing ever been wrong with giving credit when it's due...
@@shakirhamin8978 RESPECT to you my man. RESPECT !!! Unfortunately it's what's normal in today's society. For people to not think twice before they respond to gain a laugh and or an attempt to humiliate, sad. Then it's as if the youth are being taught that it's a bad/negative thing to acknowledge, respect, give credit, build up and or compliment another person, especially a black man. Like you said "...solid sad truth..."
But you keep doing what you're doing and moving how you moving. I'm always looking to grow and collab.
BLESSINGS
Real Atlanta shit big Bank as solid as it gets! My nigga this is a great look!!!

I never heard of Eldorado Red Before but after this interview I’m sold! Like his authentic nature and honesty is refreshing! He’s a vibe because he’s a street nigga (well ex street) Nigga so he has an edge but he’s an intellectual and he is spiritual! He knows that he is a mini God, and most people are not aware of this. He speaks about being pure, and righteous, and auras and that it is a spiritual war going on among other things! He also talks about having work ethic and giving it your all, and putting your ego to the side with is your false sense of self! Not for nothing his energy was exciting and directed in the right place! I’m glad he’s targeting the youth! They need more chiefs and not more Indians like he stated! Lastly the fact that he spoke about a real solid nigga needs a real bitch and not a Lit bitch was like man, he is a big heavy stepper, with so much awareness! Like Yo Gotti said a real street nigga needs a real bitch not a bad bitch! Nigga took you on 100 trips and spent $100,000 and the nigga been locked up for 9 days and the bitch Gone! This nigga is Heavy 📣💯👁
We ain’t forget bout lil shawty we gon get him right soon 🤞🏾🤝
