Yours mars will be in the 12th in both vedic and western, house placement doesnt change. What changes from western to vedic is sign placements. Nakshatras are different, because nakshatras dont exist in western.

i have mars venus in 12th. i have a charity in nepal tho Im australian. we work near the Indian border with untouchable caste so yes isolated! and foreign work and bed pleasures true! and financial losses true, defrauded by a close friend who i didnt realise was an enemy to many. also work in hospitals as a carer in mental health. also bc of opposite 6th, have had hidden health issues for a long time that are hard to figure. very sensitive energy that needs a lot of rest and not really a people person tho do charity and care work. also studying hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and have felt the pull to work in jails tho avoided it.
