I have been working within HR & Payroll for the Recruitment Industry for over 20 years in Australia and have created my own versions of timesheets, complete with complex formulas. I have never come across a tool which is as easy to use and covers so many variables, especially freely available! I too would love to see a Multiple Employee version, as well as seeing if you were able to overcome the challenge of Shift Workers. Crossing over midnight and being able to incorporate Shift Penalties. I have Liked and Subscribed. I will now be looking at what other Tools & Resources you have released. Thank you so much! 👍

I have been working as an accountant for over 15 years in the USA, and have special Excel calculations for the contract laborers with a complex over-time and double time rules. It is so simple how I can verify that my tables do not have a glitch and it took me 15 minutes to get it with your simple and clear tables and explanations. hey tatyana, i feel good when i hear people interested in timecard complex tools. i have a very standard one that creates multiples of timecards by using an interface, no VBA only excel advanced formulas. in my channel there are videos of the multiple craeator tool can make upto 400 timesheets maximum that counts monthly totals or anything between 1-30 days. in the video for the multiple one you can download a sample that creates 2 time cards, i have no video teaching the formulas for that multipurpose one but recently i created another one that makes single timecard and you can download it for free. i know this will be of help to you also. click my account and it will take you to the time cards. if you are interested in the multiple one for use in your company, you can promote my work by buying at a very cheap price and i will be happy. once you view the videos, please dont forget to like n subscribe.

How can I enter data by daily hours ( regular, over time and holiday) basis instead of entering start and end time. Also can I enter work location or work sites on daily basis?

For regular and overtime, you need to unhide column F to O in Data Entry sheet and delete the formula in column I, G and H to enter the regular hours and over time directly. Best wishes.
Is there any way we can have a column the sas discription of work and we can select the diferent rates for for different jobs such as for driving rate is different and if he works in shop its a different rate?

Thanks. I don't have a tutorial yet for this. The I_T, I_T3 are named ranges. They are referring to other cells in the workbook. Instead of saying cell A2, a named range (we can name how we want) can be easier to follow when writing complex formulas. Thank you so much for this video and download. As I was browsing around the Template I noticed on the DATA Entry sheet there was a line between row 6 and row 7 which extends the entire worksheet. Is there a way to remove or hide this line from Col P outward? Thanks again, Frank
