its unfortunate that the attacks have not feel of impact. they do this super attack and it just cuts to the enemy and they fall over, love the game but that is my one complaint...kinda wanted to see the skills hit the enemy

what i want from the next Digimon Story game: story as good as the first two, the entirety of Olympus Twelve and digivolution lines for all of them, Omegamon Alter S and digivolution lines for CresGarurumon and BlitzGreymon, Malomyiotismon, Sistermon Black (not ciel, black, if you have complaints US, look at boondock saints), that female Belzeemon (i forgot her name and digivolution line for her) The Musyamon line, The Ancient Warriors, the Meicoomon line, including Razielmon and Raguelmon, Ophanimon Falldown Mode.
Just give me Gigaseadramon and Aegisdramon and I'm fine

Kinda wish Omegamon/Omnimon's Trancendent sword is the one that does piercing damage instead of the cannon since wargreymon had piercing atk, it kinda ruins it that you had to split atk and int growth for omegamon when you kinda turned wargreymon into glass cannon prior the jogress

Her Prior forms attack was alot cooler should make a similiar attack for her mega like spinning her weapon that it looks like the moon and shoots literally a Moonlightray at the enemy or that it fascinates them and she takes the opportunity to slice them up like her prior Form did

Wow, I never realised how bad Dorugoramon's special move is. 180 power with a cooldown turn while Wargrowlmon an Ultimate digimon's signature move is 250 power with a cooldown turn.
In the complete edition they made Dorugoramon's move have 200 power but Wargrowlmon still has 250 power
armageddemons ultimate flare only has 90dmg x3 with a cooldown turn yet it can still oneshot megas.
the damage listed on the skill doesnt matter all that much.
the important aspect are the digimons stats only.

and if you dont already have 5+ trained up yourself at that point you did something wrong.

in that game i got a team of 6 megas (metal seadramon, magnadramon, durandamon, jesmon, rosemon, imperialdramon fm) and 3 ultras (omegamon, omegamon zwart, armageddemon) all lvl 99.
and another 15 or so megas in the farm.
because you get around 5k base exp per battle in the government building its extreamly easy to raise mega level digimon.

If you're wondering why some are just saying in Japanese: "ike" or "go" in translation; in Japanese, the one doing something or in first-person the one speaking shouldn't have to address "[I am] going" (ike) or "[Here I] go" (ike), they just say "Go" instead.

Not sure why Tapirmon and Kotemon are absent. I can only assume that Kumamon (Bearmon, is absent due to naming conventions, as in the West, the Kumamon name is usually associated with the legendary warrior of Ice, Named Chakmon in Japan. As for Monmon, he hasn't appeared since the PS1 days and I think that's because they don't have a cannon evolution line for him that makes sense (His world 3 evolutions certainly didn't).

Chaosmon is meant to be a corrupted fusion and another alternate version of Omegamon. They're the fusion between Darkdramon and BanchoLeomon
