This review is so good I am going to buy one of these for each of my family members.

Why would you skip over the part that showed how to put on the roller hinges? That's the part I am having trouble understanding in the instructions so it was the part I was hoping to see.

There was no way I could show it on the camera. You have to drop it into the frame, it is awkward. But there is a teeter vid showing how to do. If you go to teeter RUclips channel they have the how to do vids on there. Basically you have to drop it in but there is a bit of a wiggle of A frame needed.

I have a pinched nerve and was thinking of buying one. Just wondering, did that inversion table help you? Thanks

Where is pinched nerve, which part of spine? I believe it has helped to loosten back. They are aimed at lower back stretching. I don't fully invert regularly. I use once or twice a day and go to halfway between fully converted and just being horizontal. I stay there for ten min and come back up slowly.

I have to say, yes. I use it most days for 20 min approx. It is now part of my daily regime.

@@GreenSaxon what part of back? And don't overdo when you receive, take it easy. It is about managing the condition. If my email works here, email me, will be easier to share via email. stevehughes63@yahoo.co.uk
