Were the apple soaked in simply ice water, or was there anything else added? I always end up chopping apples the day of to keep from browning and I’m tired of that lol.
I’m pretty sure she also added some lemon juice and this prevents the apples from turning brown from oxidation and the ice water keeps the apple crisp and crunchy.
these small boxes aren't for an adult that has a lot of moving around to do. This would be for a stay at home mom sitting down to rest with her kiddos for a healthy lunch option. Of course the mother is more than able to fix more for herself if needed. But again, these are more than likely just snack boxes for the child/children

I actually wish I had these organizers. I'm a VERY disorganized person, but crave a setup like this.
