it sounds super silly but being overly complimented in such a sweet and gushing way honestly makes me feel even more relaxed and makes the experience that much better. i think it's because it's so rare nowadays to just sit down and have these kind of slow experiences where the focus is on yourself - especially when we're all so busy and seem to be doing a million things 24/7 and hardly have time to sit down and just be loved on by a friend haha. it genuinely feels like self-care even though i know the context of the video isn't. thank you Ocean for always being so sweet in your videos! it makes such a difference and i can feel the love from here

the love and well wishes might not mean much from a stranger but I’m sending you them anyway just in case❤️ just know if recovery seems unattainable some days that my ED once dominated my life and everyone around me by extension - now I’m genuinely free and can go about my life beyond that illness. keep fighting and soon it will feel easier until one day you realise you’re finally at peace 💕
