I hated how he was treated in the second half of the book. Literally none of this would have happened if the wife hadnt responded to the stress of having a special needs child with “well, guess ill bang the neighbor and leave without any kind of notice to anyone, gonna fuck up 3 peoples lives but really, im the victim here”

Finally someone who agrees with me👏 I thought I was the only one who hated how bad he was treated. Despite his mistakes he took care of his son and his wife abandoned them.
