I copped on shock drop and I have had them for a week now and at first I was a little disappointed on the leather but since I had them the leather has been settling in and they're becoming a little more plush, as for the qc on my pair it's cool just a tiny glue stain, but other than that these Military Blue 4's fire bro.😎

From folks worrying about the shade of blue, “it’s not the same blue,”! “it’s off by .05 of shade lighter then the denim Benjamin Moore paint blue palette”. 😂 To then saying the 2006 is the OG which is laughable, and completely didn’t understand that the 2006 version was the first retro ever done from the 1989 OG, to the upper wasn’t off white in the original ….the Quality isn’t great! Was y’all expecting Gucci/Prada design level premium leather for a $215 pair of kicks? So on and so on! As an OG and collector since 87, I’m just happy to see this back out in its truest form. QC issues always arise with the fact that when a model that is mass produced like an Air Jordan silhouette in the 100s of thousands, easily a few pairs get passed over inspection as good. A little tiny bit of glue shown here or there at the midsole isn’t gonna sway me from copping. Now If the shoe had a big stain on them or fell apart before or after one or two wears that’s more than enough good reason to complain about QC issues. Otherwise enjoy the pairs your got from the shock drop, which in my case and hopefully the rest of y’all get a pair on 5/4. Peace and Blessings.
I don't care what nobody say for how much they are charging. They could have put better leather on them. There were a lot of general release 4's that had way better leather simple as that. Nike knows exactly what their doing. I passed! You will need 3pairs due to the leather. JB needs to do a lot better. The price is not bad when the quality is good. There are a lot of shoes I have passed on because of the quality
Keeping speaking the truth man. Some people take a shoe and examine it for hours only to have a AHA! Moment for a tiny deal of glue in the paint then talk down on the brand for qc issues. I’ve seen more good pairs than bad minus the small glue and paint strokes. Nike/JB did these nice for the most part

Also what kind of leather if you know to determine this is used in any of the Air Jordan’s? I’m asking because it seems like you would know just off hand what leather is being used to factor in if the leather is good quality or not. As far as I know sneaker factories use a low grade bonded calf leather for most sneakers which isn’t the premium, because it’s a performance based material that retains its shape even with wear to dress shoe designer Napa or full grain leather that loses its shape over time. No sneaker companies use any top end leather! This is speaking from experience.

But it’s at the back end due to the quality
Think I might cop and then put the polyurethane insole from one of my worn airships in. The insoles in the military’s suck and it will help the 4 feel slightly comfortable.
Bro i always go a size up too. EVERYONE has wide feet, it's just a matter of how used to smashing your toes together you are if you think TTS fits or not. Of course if you're actually balling or something you dont want any of that horizontal movement so you kinda have to go tts or maybe 1/2 up. If you just wear sneakers for walkin around, do your feet a favor. Go a full size up. Let your toes stretch out more naturally. It's important for the longevity of your feet and balance as you age. Dont get taken out at 70 cuz your balance is shit from squishing your feet your whole life.

Your sizing tip is way off with new 3s n 4s. You have to have a very very wide foot to even go half up. 3s are sometimes even better half down the bred 4s are exactly tts n the blues are fine too but maybe more snug half or more you’re going to slip out of it from the back even laced tight

Yeah, seem like early pairs be the worse ones. Im ok with not hitting on an early pair. I'll try my luck at Foot locker where i can see flaws before i purchase

Nope, I have of these Jordan 4s half a size up is always best option, you gotta Chopsticks as foot to go true to size in aj3s and 4s
i was very disappointed in these shoes in hand. didint like the material and felt it had to much white. especially the sock liner.

My problem with the shoe is it’s not white it’s a off white and look horrible with white socks
