Sa sinabi ni Pablo, hindi pala sila dumaan talaga sa korean training system kasi more on personality/mental development ang itinuro ng old company na bumuo sa kanila. Although it is one of the most important things that they need to learn, it is quite an achievement that the skills and talent that they have and honed are basically of their own doing. Flex nyo yan kasi deserve ninyo ang admiration ng mga tao. Lahat ng nasa inyo ngayon ay literally through your blood, sweat and tears. You've earned my respect even more.

It did make sense na sila sila lang ang nag hone ng talents nila, their former company was looking for talented Filipinos to perform at events rather than for individuals to train. Wala sa plano na maglabas ng boy group but SB19's passion, perseverance and their love for their craft lead them to where they are now. We are so proud of you boys. Deserve na deserve nyo ang lahat ng meron kayo ngayon.

Ang swerte ng Girl Group na mabubuo ng 1Z, kasi aside sa SB19 ang tutulong sa kanila, mabibigyan pa sila ng chance na na magawa yung mga idea's na gusto nila para sa Group. What i mean is di sila basta susunod lang, kundi may boses sila na pwedeng magshare ng idea's or gawin ang mga ideas na gusto nila. GOODLUCK 1Z Entertainment.

Its true, coz first priority of SBT before was to build a group that they can be brought to whatever events theyre doing.
It was not really about building a Ppop group that can inherit the DNA of Kpop.
It was very evident from the get go why there was no other teachers to mentor them except one - Hong.
No vocal, no dance, no acting teachers.
So, even during their trainee days, they are doing it competitively.
After finalizing their group, they are still doing it alone with very minimal guidance. So, they adapted very quickly, and got even more impressive throughout the years.
Now that they are doing it themselves, I AM CONFIDENT THAT 1Z WILL PRODUCE AN OUTSTANDING GIRL GROUP!
No wonder their company is thriving. Look at these gentlemen. So passionate and very intelligent

Swerte ka pa rin kahit di ka makapasok sa final members ng group kasi yung experience mo sa 1Z ittreasure mo yun at magagamit mo sa buhay. At nagkaron ka pa rin ng chance to train with SB19.

Theyre consistent in saying that they want this girl group to be self-sufficient. They want them to know how to write their own songs or create from scratch. Not just wait for others to hand them everything. Very wholistic approach.
Why not a reality show as I know those Ninangs and Ninongs will help out as sponsors. For sure the Legacy that the Mahalima brand of showmanship will be in diff level.
That's a good idea. That's also exposure. And that could bring in more income for 1Z too. But maybe regular filming would be out considering the boys' schedules specially if they'll be touring. However, maybe they can film episodes when they can and then later release the set of episodes as a season.

Personally po, from pop group in SoKor na nanggaling sa mga shows like this is minadali ang debut nila. Kung ganun man sana hindi mangyari sa gg ng 1Z. And who is the next Girl PPOP to dominate the international stage?
Just launch a survival p-pop girl group show. You'll be able to gain some financial support and the trainees will experience actual exposure to media. . You'll also gain feedback from viewers and start building fanbase at an early stage. It's a win-win for both the company and the trainees.
