I'm in My NO & Setting Boundaries Season

I used to say yes to everything even when my head was screaming no. I'm no longer doing that. I'm in my no season & setting boundaries. It's hard because I was always the "nice" one, but later in life, I realized when people called me nice, they meant I won't say no to anything. It really sucked and I began resenting people for taking advantage of that fact that they knew I wouldn't say no.
