OK - what can you say about Viola Wills other than she represented the very epitome of the disco era. Her voice and interpretation was as good as anybody. She had the ability to make the songs she performed her very own. She was one of the very best - and it is hard to understand while she never got to enjoy the commercial success she deserved. For me her music will live on forever... RIP Viola - we will always remember you....
Viola Wills had a great potential, and she knew it. Her vocal strenght was fully explored throught her records... I am impressed by her ability to reach hight notes, Ms. Wills, was a DAME of the Disco music. Long llve our beloved...
Wonderful times, great music and unforgettable decade, 80" S !!!!!!! One of the greatest hits by that time. Wonderful music, unofensive lyrics, performance by the one and only Viola Wills !!!!!
Along with Donna Summer and Gloria Gaynor were the indisputalble Queens of Disco! Only Gloria "survived". Viola and Donna are no more, only in our memories!
She had such a great voice...right on par with Whitney Houston! It's a shame that she did not become a superstar singer like Whitney because she sure had the talent. She was under-rated and under-appreciated! RIP, Viola.
GREAT memories of Great times,,, wish we could go back tot hose days but hey we can everytime we hear these gems... where d all the free spirits of those days go? ( blended in mainstream America?) PEACE
This song make me much more happy, on this version more create that version of James Taylor, and i surprised me to know that Carole King is a your composition ...best song, bele voice ,,,great Viola .....kisses baby..(Brazil)
To 39Helmer : You´re right , this version is different than original single. I heard it for the first time back in 2001 by a record play named Antena 1 ,was a short version, released here in Brazil that brings hits on parade, it´s better, such a Joy!
Thank you, Viola, for this beautiful song. R.I.P. Viola Wills 🕊🕊🕊🕊💖🕊🕊🕊🕊
Always one of my favorites tunes by Viola! I remember dancing my heart out to her many times in my younger, wilder days. :)
