Sorry for this very late reply, here are the answers to your questions. 1) Yes this is part of a longer documentary mostly about Punk. 2) The Specials dancing is taken from a BBC2 programme called "Arena" broadcast in 1979 about the 2 Tone label. 3) You're Wondering Now is a live version from the aforementioned BBC2 programme and isn't available on any Specials CD, LP or Bootleg. Will see the recent Specials reunion tour this month in California.
I might be able to help with #3. It sounds like it could be from The Specials: BBC Sessions/Peel Sessions. Either that or a live bootleg from their early years. Do some digging, I'm sure you can find it.
