    how to changes the frequency input?

      Please watch 1:46 and input the relevant frequency or use a signal generator 5:18 (under INSTRUMENTS) , that is the 7th item in that list. Those are the options available.Hope It will help you

    if the input is 5Vpp shouldn't the output be 10Vpp? since the gain is 2

      When the operating frequency is equal to cut off frequency, the gain is equal to 0.707 Af (Af is the passband gain of the filter (1+R2/R1).So that gain is about =0.707 Af = 0707x 2 = 1.414. output amplified voltage is about = 1.414 x 5 Vpp = 7.07 Vpp.For further study please refer www.electrical4u.com/active-low-pass-filter/

    is there a reason why you chose 10K and not something else?

      No, it is to get gain of 2 (for an example).
