The 'Hidden Pants' thing showing as a cosmetic item is, I think, a datamining error - it's not an item to obtain, it's just a option in the transmog UI like Hidden Shoulders.
Nothing to unlock, you just can make your pants vanish if you like :P
Judging by the jankiness of the WoW engine, this is probably 100% correct - when you choose to "hide" a piece of gear in the transmog window, it just applies the appearance of this item under the hood, which doesn't render on your character thus hiding it

Surprised you didn't mention the new vendor/repair pet kobold "Coppers". He'll be great to have when running transmog dungeons and raids because it won't matter if you're "inside" you'll still be able to sell your stuff and keep on moving without leaving the instance. 😊

You have another option to get those parts as an engineer and more importantly get them for free.
Kind of like how it worked with the Mechano-hog back in Wrath.
@@zacharyseiders5793 you can't get them for free, you need to buy materials in order to pilfer with an engineer. Will be about the same cost as just straight up buying the mount, unless you are extremely lucky.

what i want to get my hands on are Warbound items, literally gear i can funnel to my alts, as that is a HUGE win in my eyes, being able to catch my toons up without having to put in as much time as my main to keep them somewhat caught up.
