Personally i think we all should respect the road safety aspect even when you are doing a car review. Anything can happen at that speed.

I did an aggressive driving up to Genting with the new CLS 450. I selected the individual driving mode with sport +, I got lucky n bump into a C43 AMG n we both were chasing each other up to Genting. But I think this drive is faster than my drive because I got scared looking at how fast you attack the corners and overtake those cars 😂
Did you find the CLS 450 not as planted as the C43 at high speed bends on highway? I'm not sure if its aerodynamic or what but the S Class that was with us and the C43 that was with us coped with it well but our CLS 450 bops around unsorted. Maybe its just that car
@@BobbyAngmalaysia I agree. Could be the suspension setting in sport + not as stiff as the others or it could be the tyre profile as well. What annoy me is the vibration on the steering and the accelerator during high speed. I'm yet to test the C43 FL. How fun is it to drive in the scale of 10?
Oh the C43 is brilliant. It's not the type of organically talented type of chassis control like BMWs but it's full of character and copes well and pops and crackles... lovely
@@BobbyAngmalaysia ahh.. thats what i want to hear. I have high expectation on the C43 FL. On the other note, just too bad its not fitted with the steering assist and Distronic as the CLS 450 does. What a luxury feature to have. The car can self drive until the system detects your hands is off the steering and disengage itself.

Your car wasn't equipped with optional adaptive steering. And that was the main problem with too light handling.

Bobby, I plan to buy an E60 M5, mainly for its V10 engine. However, the SMG gearbox kills it. My question is, is the SMG really that bad?

After driving so many cars with dual clutches, i kinda appreciated automated manuals now. They shift with character, has a learning curve. Drove the M6 V10 before, lovely gearbox. Fun. Buy the M5, then we meet up, i review your car can? Dont listen to others, if you made the decision, take the plunge, it's certainly memorable. My friend owns the M6 for more than 6 years now, lovely still

@@BobbyAngmalaysia that sounds like a plan. I think we both have a same character, we do not like thing that is too easy, we like characters, we like challenges and we want to be different. I used to own a Renault Kango, long long time ago. I had a dream to make the Kango the fastest Kango in Malaysia, but it didn't happen and I sold that car. That car is so tough like a tanker, it handles quite well too event hough it has a high body and high CG.

Dont like the lack of steering feel. Even my XC90 has better steering feel. Other than that, superb car.

People that comment that Bobby drives like a maniac are the slow drivers always hogging the right lane. If you're slow just keep on the left. Its fast but its controlled worst than a slow driver. Slow driver always causes accident.

Okay so i'm not going to dislike the video because i like Bobby. But im not going to like it because at much it was exciting to see how he drove, can some Genting carver tell me if that's okay ? I mean it's not exactly a spirited driving road with trucks, buses and local made cars which are piss poor in built. Tell me people. Ulu Yam routes are maybe safer to do this ?
Genting is much safer than ulu yam. Wide angle lens distorts your depth perception
brownflyboy he’s not that aggressive imo, see other ricer civics with their hollow exhaust with blow off sounds zig zagging all the way up from karak - that’s reckless.
tiada nama I’m afraid with a driving style like those civic, they will understeer into the barriers at Genting sempah. National car needs suspension rework before attacking Genting.

C300 is a sharper drive
630i is a much better car even better than CLS.
