- It is time to put our team of anglers under some real pressure! One chance to fish a live open match in front of our cameras, no second chances, no editing to make them look good, this is as real as it gets.
First up is two time Fish'O'Mania Champion Jamie Hughes who heads to Kings Pool in the Midlands in what turns out to be a very tough days fishing...
great vid and way to fish various lines. Personally think Jamie comes accross really well as an angling presenter - and indeed with his natural yet positive manner make him highly watchable and my fave as well as being the uk's no.1 commercial angler. Thanks Jamie and MAP.,
Dear MAP - what a fantastic film! Brilliant to get an insight into how Jamie thinks his way through a very difficult match, and how he consolidates his lines in order to get the best result. Thanks for posting - and making such an insightful and thoughtful film without the usual product placement adverts - just plain, straightforward angling at its very best! I'm definitely a MAP fan now.

Thanks for a crackin video. Answered a lot of questions I had in relation to match fishing. Good to hear what Jamie is thinking and how he makes changes and why. Has me thinking about future matches.

I've watched the whole of this twice now, good stuff...cant fault Jamie.
There used to be a spot on another pool here by the cafe if you chucked a piece of bread in the water would erupt with carp inches from the bank climbing ove one another even fighting ducks off. I think the leftovers from the cafe used to get put in there and the carp loved it

You didn't catch on hard because the fish have turned fussy and want soft baits to look like they have been in the water for a long time
No wonder dont catch fish messes about to much
