Best wishes with your novel writing! It is November, Nano Wrimo month. Every Tuesday evening for this month, the public library here in Bloomington, Indiana has a Nano Wrimo get together. We write in 20 minute sprints, take a break and share our word counts, then write for another 20 minutes. Everyone else is okay with typing on their chiclet keyboards. I * LOATHE * those awful chiclet keyboards! I have a mechanical keyboard with Cherry brown switches that I connect to my notebook computer.

Largely stalled for the last 8 with only incremental progress. Unfortunately it is something that can never see the light of day but has just enough original bits to serve as an internal development for a planned independent piece. Also unfortunately trying to start 1 project while the current one was unfinished didn't go so well the 1st go around so had to shelve the former. When current is done THEN... Living in the boonies...I wish there were places like that around here. Typing is okay but most of my current project was written out on 3x5 notepads where I can write ALMOST as fast as the imagery comes forth...too bad some of the "chicken scratch" even I can't read afterwards when its transcribed to typed page.
