Please note that I am in no way throwing shade at you with this comment. After watching many videos of the overnight boat trips it is clear that all the companies stop at the same local village. It seems like they are using these people as a human zoo, the tours always interact with children, sometimes play a game of basket ball, explain the lack of Doctors and about the local medicine, visit the school, and explain the drinking water situation. 20 tourists per boat paying on average 500$ US each, lets say 1 boat a day, over a 1 month period that is over 250 000$ US AND THEY STILL DON'T HAVE CLEAN DRINKING WATER?!?!?!? Either this is a fake village or these people -especially the children- are being exploited. Either way it is a human zoo. I'm not 100% sure if I will be taking this boat trip but if I do I will certainly asking some questions when get to the village.

@@MissBlackFry it might just be the case I don't know. We also had that thought after our visit there but you will never know.
