The answer Trinity gave to that guys question was so important and needed to be heard. Trinity had no problem answering that question, she genuinely cares about the community. Let’s rise above negativity y’all. Don’t stick on what batty said it’s minuscule compared to trinity’s speech.
the only iffy part about her answer to me is that she put a bit too much importance on voting as opposed to other actions that are more.. well, active. she kinda said it like "we need to get up and fight, we need to start a revolution!! we have to VOTE!!!" as if that's what's gonna solve all the problems. like, no, what america needs is protests (not peaceful ones), riots, etc. voting to solve all problems is some privileged liberal democrat fantasy. but yeah except for that it was a great answer was great, she's lovely (also tf was going on with batty??)
I completely agree. I don’t know why Batty had to turn a completely relevant and topical question so negatively and to shame the audience member was a bit much.
I wondered that same thing, too, but then I recalled recently that an audience member put Violet and Mik on the spot about a politically-motivated question last time they were there and it made everyone wildly uncomfortable. If I recall correctly, Naysha told that particular audience member the same thing. Batty was probably just echoing that same sentiment. I mean, it does change the “fun” atmosphere of the club and turns everything serious. Their whole goal is to help the club sell drinks, food, tickets to shows, as well as to make the visiting queens feel comfortable so they can continue booking them. If they’re constantly having to worry about audience members using the fact that they purchased a ticket to take the opportunity to turn the whole evening’s mood/vibe into a serious/negative one over anything, it’s kinda their job to handle it professionally and put a stop to it.
I am so HAPPY Trinity was asked about Florida and Politics. Folks need to know how crucial voting is for our rights! I applaud her response! Drag Race ends every episode with the queens bringing out a big sign on the runway reminding people to vote and has had politicians on the show. They know how important voting is. Violent deaths of transgender people in the United States are at record highs with advocates blaming a rise in anti-trans rhetoric coming from conservative politicians like (Ron Desantis). Our rights and lives are on the line. I think one question about politics about how it effects our community and how important it is for us to mobilize and vote is more than appropriate. It only took a couple of minutes in an hour show. And the audience strongly applauded Trinities statement.
I was also confused by Batty's reaction. Does every question need to be light and fluffy? These are real issues and Trinity didn't seem to have any problem with what was asked.
@@guerillafresh Bro youre commenting this on every comment about the politics question. Trinity's response in the end really gave me a more clear and positive perspective on her as a person & her views. I live in Florida and I think its important for LGBT celebs like her to be educated about the issues and speak on them. It was great to see her take the opportunity to really say something here. I love that Trinity spoke so candidly about the current political state of the US. Every terrifying thing she said is true, I wish more influential queer people would speak so openly like this. We're going to lose our rights or worse if we stay on the current trajectory. Batty needs to grow up and be more conscious of what is happening around her, we need this conversation brought to every table right now.
Watching Trinity here was so exciting. Glad she's back at Roscoe's! Loved that she isn't afraid to spill and she just really made me have a good time. Wish I was there in the audience
Oooh Batty.... The question they asked Trinity was how does she balance living in a state so against queer people when she is a queer icon. It is a VERY valid question because there are a lot of queer people in red states all over this country who are dealing with this very thing, and as a queer icon she could offer some words of encouragement for all of us and she did just that. I can understand wanting to keep the viewing party light hearted and fun, but if you paid attention to how invested Trinity was in answering the question and not in your head and being annoyed with the person who asked, maybe you would have chose not to respond the way you did. How do you know that the person asking isn't doing anything about what is going on in Florida? How do you know that there weren't others in that space or on RUclips from Florida struggling with how to deal with what is going on down there? Even if you took issue with the question, in my opinion how you responded is what shifted the energy of the show. NOT the question. I think she just saw naysha’s response to a crazy question weeks ago & tried have her moment but it didn’t apply the same & it wasn’t handled the same.
To me, it read like that she was annoyed why entertainers are asked these questions whereas those political questions should've gone to the actual decision makers like those politicians and judges
The audience member was just asking a question relevant to Trinity who lives in Florida. He wasn’t putting the responsibility of all LGBTQIA+ issues on one drag queen. He was just asking for a perspective…?
Nah Batty is right. As a member of the LGBT community he knew full well that Trinitys response was gonna be aligned with his own views, thus relying on a queen to speak out about an issue- when he is fully capable of using his own voice to speak out on this issue he clearly has been affected by, therefore making it more important for him to speak cause he probably can reach the ears of some people a Drag queen maybe couldn't. Yes our queens have a certain level of responsibility to be a voice for our community, but we all carry the exact same responiblity- our queens are just leading by example.
@@taylordrgtz and how does Batty magically know that person does nothing? Also do we really want to compare the plataform a random person has over trinity?

I don't think she meant it maliciously, I think she has seen alot of girls get piled on for what they should and shouldn't say, meanwhile the people yelling aren't doing anything to make change. I don't think her frustration should have been taken out on that poor random drunk gay, but she has a right to voice how she feels.
"Shea's from Chicago baaaby!"
YES Trinity, talk on the voting!!!!
Trinity is amazing, hope she wins the season ❤️
Yeah she said it “fucked up” the night, but I thought it led to an interesting and necessary conversation 🤷♀️ Batty was the one who made it weird.
@@Connorifica1998 I completely agree! 🙌 it was a valid question…
@@taylordrgtz and how does Batty magically know that person does nothing? Also do we really want to compare the plataform a random person has over trinity?
Frrr! Idk why batty was acting like they were putting the responsibility all on Trinity😭 it was an important question and Trinity spoke facts🙌🏼
Love Batty but it goes back to what Trinity was saying if you are not talking about it you gotta get your shit together. We as a society are going through it and there is nothing wrong with Trinity being passionate about what is happening in our country.
Batty never said anything to Trinity, it was at the fan that asked the question
loved both Trinity the Truck and Bosco here!!!
also Kara felt like a great host!!
Idk if y’all had noticed that batty was giving stank face the entire time and it seemed like anything would set her off which is why she popped off on the guy! Totally uncalled for.
Lol when she went off on that one dude for asking Trinity what she thought about Floridas governor or whatever ☠️☠️ he wasn’t putting anything on Trinity he just asked a question damn.
Trinity looks so stunning ! I love her, she’s iconic 🧡
This was the best Roast and the best Runway so far from every season!!!
idk if this sounds bad but I always watch these viewing parties and I just don't like when ppl include themselves in the questions like asking for advice to their personal problem etc. I know it means a lot to those people but as someone watching on youtube it's a bit, idk...
Fully agree. It’s so cringeworthy and always kills the mood.
Absolutely
Lmao that last question trolling, "you know how you want to live, how do you want to dieeee..."
Its hard to keep things light all time, life isnt always fluffy or sexy.
Idk i think the vibes were high all through out, i think Batty just understands that its a lot of pressure for these queens to make Social commentary on politics at a bar late night. Trinity did great, but other queens sometimes haven't or wanted to answer. She has to keep the audience in check!
Trinity The Tea
Can we talk about how charismatic, quick-witted and insightful Bosco is. I hope to see her in All Stars cause she's a winner material to me.
BOSCO is a fierce hostess!
Naysha recording allstars 8 period
