Great video, not sure if you are open to any advice but against these better teams i would suggest trying to be faster in your attacks such as your setter setting quicker attacks and even running routes to confuse the defense. I know this is only social games however i see the drive in all of your teammates to become better. I hope this helps!😁

But basically you can give him an idea or have an idea drawn up and he will make a mock up design. Then you can give him material preferences, sizing, and number/names for the jerseys.
