Tigran! I watch most of your videos BUT! I'm so happy I watched this one. He is definitely an asset to Applewood. For your audience: I'm sure he gets bonuses. We cannot know all the ins and outs.
Not gonna lie at 6:01 when they showed the dashcam clip of a truck crashing, while he was talking. I thought that was him driving and was like brake brake brake! LOL
Tigran ima up and coming land scraper I have small projects that I can gift you to show on camera to inspire younger kids that not only big projects but starting off small and find the right way to do everything
It’s more efficient for bulk orders to get it delivered to the site. Saves Randy time for more smaller items that specific for the job . Also less wear and tear on the vehicles and less prone to an accident happening. Randy can place the orders beforehand and get more done during the day. Bay Area a lot of traffic and accidents everyday on the highway.
Yes, but if you watch carefully -- he split the load between two sites. Paying for two deliveries would cost more. Also vendors can show up with trucks that don't fit down the street, show up when nobody is there, etc. More control with your own truck.
@@davidboreham Yes correct but delivery out here aren’t much my lumber yard I use that also carries rebar only charges $35 dólares for delivery to site and they use similar size truck. His time can be used more efficiently and productive. We do around 8 job sites concurrent out here in the Bay Area as well and maximize the drivers time as much possible because time is money.
Honestly anyone willing to show up to work 7am fulltime with a good attitude should make $100k a year. Especially if the business is making really good coin.
If you lot thibk this guy is getting 85k a year then you definitely dont know how successful businesses run... the rest of his pay is not shown so that tax avasion could be a part of the success😉
