Hi y’all. I was the pendulum player. I didn’t have a lot of practice with the deck and only knew some cards as just a negate, or search. Anxiety was also really bad this game which made me misplay a lot and not realize my Dracoslayer or his hita was a spell caster. I also never dueled a salad player before so I didn’t know what to negate. It was still fun even against the anti-spell fragrance. I really only wanted to play the deck because of the aesthetic and thought I could counter tenpai with it due to the floodgate.
Its okay, getting into top 16 is already impressive Its just funny to see got floodgate by yourself, its happen to the best of us so kinda relateable lol
How come people enter a tournament with a deck they haven't practiced much with? Doesn't that unfairly bring down the representation that's hoped to be achieved through these tournaments?
@@PineapplePizzaBiS The 1st goal of these tournaments is F.U.N. my friend. He also made top 16 so you could say he knocked out some worse players that would bring the representation down even harder. Even grand finale players misplay.

The banished seals cannot activate because it's a different card than the seals that was tributed, which is the entire reason this works, yes the "I am a different card now *has fake moustache*" is the sole reason this happens. Same as activating Mirrorjade again if you banish it with S:P
Did you guys know that masterpeace is not actually the real boss but its actually the metaltron that needs 3 tribute which has an effect like the masterpeace to be immune to the type of card its tributed and has additional effect to special summon an extra deck monster if destroyed and yes its a 3k def and attack much higher than masterpeace and its sr but people tend to choose master peace because of only needing 2 and have a better ability of destroying a card
How can he beat that White Forest with no Nibiru? I feel there are no choke points and infinite extenders. I don't know if investing all resources into disrupting before Baronne is a good call.
@@fb6039 yes sure but I mean when one player opens with 5 bricks, the other seems to have good odds to do the same, maybe MD is programmed in such a way but I think I might be trippin... it just happens so often in ranked matches in my experience

Yes , branded is good, but MD have better decks to build. Its fusion based, and the deck can do a lot of things but is more control type

Because bricking usually means you have a lot of handtraps so you can stop your opponents from comboing and it turns into a slow duel
