    After Struggling by reset option multiple times it paired but later the Left Bud stops working 🙂

    I ordered the Boat 161 Pro. After one month of usage, I faced a charging issue, so I returned it for warranty yesterday. Now, I received an email stating that the product is out of stock, so they didn't replace it with the 161 Pro and offered the Boat Atom 81 instead. The Atom 81 is not a bud type and doesn't fit my ear well. I am totally disappointed..

    Today I brought earbuds 161 pro from Flipkart but I got 2 earbuds different earbuds
    If I connect then 1 earbuds is connecting and another earbuds is not connecting

    I order this and was delivered on 13 May 2024,after 1 day the left side buds charging is not working. 😢😢. I was hoping tht as i bought it with high price and the quality would be tht better but now after 1 day it started not charging (Left side buds).

    WARNING before you purchase: their product is the worst product ever created. Their service is the worst service ever provided ot its customers. Their support never picks up the call, and their website to submit complaint never works. Already filed a complaint in consumer forum waiting for resolution.

    Worst decision to buy boat. So many problems, and I could not find a number to actually talk to customer care. All numbers just send a report issue link to WhatsApp. Do you actually have a customer support team where your customer can call and talk to support?
