Thank you for sharing! Love your organization with the many freezer meals and snacks. You inspire me to be more organized/prepared for my 8th baby coming this spring. 💕
God's blessings as you meet your new little one soon!

Congratulations on baby #8! 🥰 These meals didn't feel terribly overwhelming to put together, but I know they will pay off SO much. I imagine there are different challenges preparing for a larger family, but giving yourself a break from that would also be a treat. 😊 I hope you're feeling well!

Thank you so much! I'm excited for the baby to come partially because then I can break into those freezer meals and stop cooking for a while. 🤣

Can you tell me more about zucchini meatballs? My oldest HATES zucchini… but he’s fine with it in food when he can’t detect it (like muffins)

There is always SO much zucchini from the garden to use, that I had to get creative! The original recipe is from the blog gratefulprayerthankfulheart.com but I changed it a bunch. 🤪 I mix these ingredients and then bake at 425 until done (like 15 minutes).
2 lbs meat (ground beef or venison)
      1 c breadcrumbs or oats
      1/2 onion, finely chopped
      1 T parsley
      1 t salt
      1 t Worcestershire sauce
      1/4 t pepper
      2 eggs
      2 c shredded zucchini
      Enjoy!

For the buttery biscuits, do you substitute freshly milled wheat berries for the AP flour?

Nope. I haven't experimented with freshly milled flour in biscuits (or pie crusts) so those will be made with AP flour for now.
