Looks like the moderator really needs the happiness project with all her mentions of the "sad facts". What a dud. Thankfully, Gretchen is still fantastic against all odds. :) Love her!
The part where Gretchen is talking about people getting something in return when they make others happy reminded me of a segment I heard on "Radio Lab". They were talking with a research subject who had his brain hooked up to a computer, then they showed him pictures of good things and bad things, mapping the regions of brain activity. At the end of the test, before they unhooked him, he was chatting with the tech. He made a funny comment and the tech laughed. The computer recorded him getting a big endorphin kick. Who don't love endorphins? The thing is, I think I might be a junky. Still looking for the line where this is a bad thing. If you can make someone laugh, you can make them want to help you.
Thanks for the video, it's interesting that you don't like music... i can't imagine anyone be happy without music or dance. But whatever works I guess!
Hello there! Thank you for this useful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Xocialign System (just google it), but I'm not sure if it is really good. Have you tried using program called Xocialign System? I have heard some great things about it and my buddy completely stop his social anxiety safely with this system.
Beautiful interview, very good questions and such meaningful answers. Love it!!

What's that is new or insightful in this? People should not get carried away with such banal ideas.
